ManagerOS Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ManagerOS website, web application, mobile applications, and related interfaces (collectively, the "Site").

If you create an account or use the ManagerOS platform, your use of the Services is also governed by the ManagerOS End User License Agreement ("EULA"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the EULA, the EULA controls with respect to use of the Services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Use

You may access and use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Site includes:

• Public-facing pages (e.g., marketing content, documentation)
• Authenticated areas (e.g., dashboard, system web UI)
• Mobile application interfaces

Use of the Services within authenticated areas is governed by the EULA.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Use automated means (including bots, crawlers, or scrapers) to access the Site without authorization

All content, design, text, graphics, software, and other materials available on the Site are owned by ManagerOS or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Use ManagerOS trademarks or branding without permission

5. Submissions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other materials ("Submissions"), you grant ManagerOS a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and incorporate such Submissions without restriction.

6. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site may include links to or integrations with third-party services. ManagerOS is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ManagerOS makes no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Availability or reliability of the Site
• Fitness for a particular purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManagerOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

10. Privacy

Use of the Site is also subject to the ManagerOS Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, subject to applicable mandatory laws.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site.
